Ticket Scans Availability
All official ticket scans are available approximately 2 hours before the draw.
This time frame is needed because:

We send purchase requests to our local agents to buy your official lottery tickets.

Once tickets are purchased, each one must be securely processed and scanned.

The scanned copies are then uploaded to your account and linked to your transaction history.
This process ensures your tickets are official, verified, and securely stored before the draw takes place.
If a Ticket Scan Is Not Available
Sometimes, a scan may not appear in your account before the draw.
This does not mean your ticket wasn’t purchased. It simply means our systems were not able to handle the massive amount of tickets that needed to be scanned and processed.
In many countries, this process is done manually because of local lottery rules, and while delays may occur, you can be assured that your official tickets are categorized and stored securely by our agents.
Even if the scan isn’t visible, your ticket is still valid and entered into the official draw.
What You’ll See in Your Account

Pending Status – Your ticket has been reserved and is being processed.

View Scan (2 hours before draw) – Once processing is complete, you can view your scanned official ticket directly in your transaction history.

Result Status – After the draw, your ticket will automatically update to show whether you’ve won or not.
If you purchased a ticket and don’t immediately see the scan, please don’t worry. It will appear in your account once the processing window is complete, or if delayed, rest assured your entry is still valid.
